SERVICES

Lean Life Weight Loss Center provides doctor-supervised medical weight loss services, including FDA-approved prescription medications, nutritional counseling, and in-person consultations.

TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

-You must be 18 years or older to use our SMS messagieng service.

By opting in to receive text messages from Lean Life Weight Loss Center, you agree to the following:

- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (732) 917-4229. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (732) 917-4229.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment-related messages and, if you have opted in, marketing messages. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

A $25 deposit is required to hold your consultation appointment. This deposit goes toward your first visit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All medical weight loss programs are supervised by licensed medical professionals. Individual results may vary. A medical consultation is required before beginning any treatment program.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lean Life Weight Loss Center provides information and services in good faith. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.
